McAlpine Plumbing Products’ Technical Sales Manager and all-round product guru, Fred Gardner, is back with a news series of #FredFriday videos. The first episode of Season Two brings a new ‘bond’ to the silver screen – the company’s new adhesive and sealant, MACXSEAL.
In the videos, Fred – aptly dressed as a secret agent – shows how quickly MACXSEAL bonds even in the wet, making it ideal for sanitaryware, tiles, metals, wood, concrete, marble, brick and more. It fixes and fills, contains a fungicide to combat mould and bacteria growth, is extremely fast curing and is oil and solvent resistant.

Available in Brilliant White and Super Clear, MACXSEAL will not yellow over time and is the only sealant and adhesive tested and approved for use with McAlpine Plumbing products. Unlike some other sealants, MACXSEAL contains no solvents or isocyanates which can irritate eyes, skin and affect breathing and does not cause any degradation of plastic plumbing products – used correctly it will last over 20 years.
