Intergas goes live in lockdown

Intergas is instituting major changes that will enable installers to continue to stay connected. An online live resource has been developed that will give installers a direct line to all the key training, product and technical specialists at Intergas. Called Intergas Live, this service includes live training sessions to be held every weekday afternoon. Individual one-to-one discussions will be available every weekday morning.

Speaking about the new service, Stephen Zouch, Managing Director at Intergas, said: “If there’s anything positive to come out of this pandemic, I guess it’s that we’ve all learned we can communicate excellently via our laptops, tablets and computers, and save time and emissions while we’re at it. This means Intergas Live is here to stay, so while hands-on training will be vital to resume as soon as it’s safe to do so, we’ll continue to use Intergas Live to provide our installers with the latest on our product news, changes to regulations and new boiler specifications as they happen, as well as direct access to one of the Intergas team.”

When hands-on training resumes, this specific live resource will cease; in the meantime, installers can take advantage of Intergas Live’s online training, which will be run by training manager Mike Hook. Every session will be interactive so questions can be asked and answered there and then. With the one-to-one service, installers will have live access to one of our specialists to discuss product, repair or service queries and to share knowledge.

To select and book a training course (there’s no limit and they are free) or one-to-one session, installers should contact their Intergas sales manager or book direct through LiveChat on the Intergas website
