Triton has launched a new initiative to provide virtual guidance for installers, collating a series of Installer Head Cam step-by-step videos. These cover some of the common technical issues usually covered in the company’s training sessions.
The demonstrations provide a hands-on view through the use of a head camera to capture the troubleshooting process from the tradesperson’s point of view, making them easy to follow.
The clips cover a range of topics and are available to access on Triton’s YouTube channel, allowing installers to watch them anywhere.
Martyn Brown, Head of Technical at Triton, said: “Triton is dedicated to helping installers provide their customers with the best service possible. In order to do this, we wanted to expand our offering online to create engaging, easy-to-follow content.
“These videos clearly show and explain how to carry out the checks required to ensure any shower is in working order, giving installers the opportunity to upskill from the comfort of their own home.”
