City Plumbing strengthens spares support

City Plumbing has strengthened its spares offer with a series of updates designed to help installers source boiler parts faster and access a wider choice ahead of servicing season.

The updates include the launch of a new Diagram Picker in City Plumbing’s SparesFinder tool, which allows installers to visually identify boiler parts using appliance diagrams.

The company says installers can select the relevant appliance, click the numbered component they need, and view the matching spare part alongside pricing and availability information. The new feature currently covers 150 of the most popular appliances, with more set to be added.

Refurbished boiler spares are also a new addition to its range, giving installers another option when sourcing parts. The range sits alongside City Plumbing’s existing OEM, unbranded component product and alternative parts.

Plus, throughout June and July, City Plumbing is supporting installers with 10% off boiler service packs and triple My City Plumbing Rewards points.

Roz Kane, Managing Director of Spares, Electrical and Renewables at City Plumbing, said: “We know heating engineers often use the summer months to encourage customers to get ahead with annual boiler servicing, before diaries become more focused on faults, breakdowns and urgent repair work later in the year.

“That makes this an important time for heating engineers to have fast access to the spares, service packs and support they need to plan ahead and keep jobs moving.

“By making the most of the discounted service packs, SparesFinder improvements and the wider spares range now, installers can reduce time spent sourcing products and be better placed when demand increases.”
