
Bristan is launching a Lifetime Guarantee across its taps, showers and accessories. The company says that the move sets a new benchmark for long-term product support across the industry.
Designed to be clear and comprehensive it covers parts, finishes and working components on products sold from 1st April 2026.

The Lifetime guarantee covers customers for normal domestic use (as opposed to commercial) and includes one year’s labour on taps and showers throughout the Bristan range. Although customer-focused, it has been designed to deliver meaningful benefits across the supply chain.
By prioritising longevity, repair and ongoing support, Bristan says it is helping to reduce waste and extend the usable life of its products.
