109 residential apartments in Gillender Street, East London, have benefited from a selection of products from MHS Radiators. Models from the Kompakt, Space and Ecoguard ranges have all been fitted as part of the new build project, which is scheduled for completion in May 2015.
The apartment complex, which is being built by Enfield-based contractors Ardmore Construction Ltd, consists of private, rented and shared ownership properties. The residential units are sited alongside an 18,000 square foot commercial complex, with the entire project split into three blocks of up to 12 storeys and located adjacent to the Limehouse Cut canal.
Gary Harvey, Project Surveyor at Ardmore Construction, explained the company’s reasons for using MHS: “We were already familiar with MHS Radiators’ product portfolio, having worked with them previously. This particular project was put out to tender, with MHS coming in as the most competitive. The three types of product being used here – Space towel rails, Kompakt panel radiators and Ecoguard LST covers – are all top quality items, perfect for the application in hand.”
One of the highest output compact panel radiators available on the market, Kompakt from MHS features factory-fitted side panels and top grilles as standard. The radiators are manufactured to the highest ISO 9001 standards and are CE and DIN marked. All Kompakt models are manufactured using 1.20mm steel for their main construction and are comprehensively pre-treated and then powder coat finished to RAL 9016.
