Glow-worm is encouraging installers to earn points for its next Mystery Trip. The trip, which rewards its loyal Club Energy installers has become a firm favourite in the company’s calendar. Installers can earn points for every Glow-worm product they install and register via the company’s customer loyalty platform, Club Energy.
Back again for 2023, the Glow-worm Mystery Trip is now in its fourth year and has seen installers visit a host of exotic destinations including Vietnam, Mauritius, and most recently, Mexico.
With this year’s Mystery Trip now open, here’s a rundown of how installers can earn their place.
How it works
The Mystery Trip is open to all Glow-worm Club Energy installers. Qualification is personalised, meaning no matter how many boilers they install and register, whether it’s 30 or 100, every Club Energy installer has the same opportunity to earn their place on the Mystery Trip.
There are four different stages in total, and as installers reach each one, they can decide whether to continue to earn points towards grabbing a spot on the Mystery Trip, or receive the cash prize on offer.
Mystery Trip 2022
45 lucky Glow-worm Club Energy installers have recently returned from the most recent trip to Cancun in Mexico after bagging their place on the 2022 Glow-worm Mystery Trip.
Showcasing the very best Mexico has to offer, the lucky installers and their partners indulged in a jam-packed itinerary from sipping margaritas along the glorias Riviera Maya coastline, to exploring the low-lying jungles, swimming with turtles, a luxury private catamaran tour and mariachi band performance.
Grant Muir, an installer from Aspect Heating Ltd, was one of the installers who secured a place on the trip, said: “The Mystery Trip completely exceeded all our expectations. I was thrilled when I found out I’d secured a place, and then to find out we’d be heading to Mexico was amazing! The organisation of the trip from the Glow-worm team was outstanding from start to finish and being able to share it with fellow installers and meet new faces, as well as being able to take my partner with me, made it a memorable experience.
“Taking part in the Mystery Trip was super simple. All I had to do was register via Club Energy, where I was given a personal target to hit. Then all I had to do was install and register Glow-worm boilers as normal, I essentially got the go to Mexico for just doing my job.”
