Grundfos elevates first time fix rates with GO App and GO range

Pump solutions supplier, Grundfos, has reported that its newly optimised Grundfos GO app, working alongside its new GO circulator range, is redefining the way installers approach boiler pump replacements. The combination, it says, provides installers with a faster, smarter, and more reliable way to diagnose, replace, and commission heating systems.

Traditionally, replacing an integrated circulator could mean checking compatibility and carrying multiple spare pumps. Grundfos says the GO range solves this by reducing van stock to just two pumps and an adapter — covering the majority of boiler integrated and standalone domestic circulator replacements.

Paired with the GO app, installers can identify the correct replacement rapidly by scanning the old pump nameplate, use guided commissioning workflows to select the correct control mode and set point, optimise bypass valves and system parameters using app supported recommendations and reduce errors and callbacks with real time warnings, status information, and system insights.

The app processes trend data, event logs, and historical performance metrics such as flow, head, temperature, and on cycle time — providing diagnostic insight designed to speed up fault finding and improve accuracy.

“The GO app and the GO range give installers exactly what they asked for — fewer parts to carry, faster identification, and reliable first time fixes. The data foundation behind GO makes it one of the most powerful tools in the industry”, said Neal Saunders, Grundfos Sales Director.

Within the GO App there is also a product catalogue, online sizing and replacement tools, documentation and reporting, troubleshooting, alarms, training content and guided setup for the ALPHA GO range.
