Makita has introduced additional mains powered grinders to its range. There are various models in the 115 and 125mm range, all of which feature a new slim-line machine body design. All models also feature the new design of wheel cover, which can be moved to any desired position for protection whilst the grinding wheel is exposed for work. In addition, a vibration reduction system has been incorporated in the new range, providing increased machine durability by absorbing the machine vibrations created by the abrasive wheel grinding or cutting material.
