Entries are now open for the Installer Awards 2027, with heating installers, HVAC engineers, plumbers and apprentices from across the UK invited to showcase their skills and compete for some of the industry’s most prestigious accolades.
The newly titled Installer Awards brings together the long-running Heating Installer Awards and The Plumber Awards under one umbrella.

Now entering its 12th year, the Heating Installer Awards recognises the leading heating professionals in the country, while The Plumber Awards returns for its second year following its launch in 2026.
This year’s awards feature categories for both heating installers and plumbers, with entrants competing first at a regional level before the winners go on to battle it out for the national titles of Heating Installer of the Year and Plumber of the Year.
This year the awards also include:
– a joint Apprentice of the Year category, which shines a spotlight on the next generation of talent entering the plumbing and heating industries
– a specialist HVAC category for heating installers which celebrates professionals delivering systems that heat, cool and improve air quality and ventilation.

Every year we are inspired by the quality of entries we receive and the incredible stories behind them. Whether it’s a complex boiler or renewables installation, an innovative HVAC project, an outstanding plumbing solution or an apprentice making their mark on the industry, the awards are about recognising those individuals who consistently go above and beyond.
“We encourage installers from across the UK to put themselves forward. Many previous finalists and winners almost didn’t enter because they didn’t think their work was special enough, but the awards have helped them raise their profile, build new industry relationships and gain the recognition they deserve.”
The deadline for entries is 22nd December 2026.
