Franke launches ‘Fit Franke First’

Franke has launched an initiative aimed at installers titled Fit Franke First with a prize of a year’s free lunches up for grabs for one lucky installer.

The initiative centres on a series of short training and information videos covering popular topics on installing sinks and taps. A range of techniques will be covered, starting with the basics and building up to more specific and complex subject matters.

The videos are being mailed out across the industry to thousands of installers and are available to view on a dedicated website www.fitfrankefirst.co.uk.

The first video on ‘how to install an inset sink’ was mailed out mid-September with two more to follow on installing a tap, as well as installing a tap brace over the next two months.

To encourage installers to register for the initiative, Franke is offering a main prize of free lunches at Greggs Bakeries for a year – with the winner being given a pre-paid lunch card to the value of £1,000 redeemable at any outlet across the UK. Plus the first 500 to register will receive a Franke branded work t-shirt.

Says Steve Rutter, Marketing Operations Manager at Franke:

“We recognise that installers want a hassle-free installation, done right first time and every time. These short videos are informative, and easy to view and learn from. They also cover all the frequently asked questions that we get and we are happy to take requests from installers on any additional topics they want to cover. Installers play a key role in delivering professionalism across the kitchen industry and we want to make sure we are doing what we can to help enhance their skills and knowledge, while saving them time and money.”
