Unidentified pipework can cause confusion and even safety risks, particularly where hot, cold and gas lines run close together. Talon Manufacturing’s Identification Hinged Clips have been designed to overcome this problem with colour-coded clips that identify pipes at the point of installation.
Built using the same secure, 360° fixing as Talon’s original Hinged Clips, the ID Clips are available in a range of colours to mark pipe runs at a glance – blue for cold, red for hot and yellow for gas, alongside grey and black options.
Beyond colour-coding, the ID Clips carry all the benefits of the wider Hinged Clip range. Each clip is UV stabilised so colours won’t discolour or fade over time, resistant to warping or distortion caused by temperature change and rated to withstand temperatures from -22°C up to a safe operating maximum of 65°C.
The clips have a dovetail connection so they can be linked together for equal pipe spacing and multiple parallel pipe runs.
