LAUFEN has launched PRO X, the third generation of its PRO collection.
Part of the new collection is the new EasyFit 3.0, a top-mounting toilet fixing system which the company says turns wall-hung WC installation into a one-person job.
With EasyFit 3.0 every part of the fix is carried out from above: the installer screws the mounting plate to the wall, hooks in the fastening elements to match the hole spacing, slides on the toilet, drops the element into the mounting holes from above and tightens with an Allen key.
The seat and lid fastening allows 7mm of movement in all directions, which the company says compensates for natural ceramic tolerances so the finished installation looks properly harmonised.
