Daikin UK has announced it has altered its aftersales service by transferring all residential operations in England and Wales to Robert Heath Heating, following its acquisition of the company in January 2024.
From 10 September 2025, all residential service requests in England and Wales, including heat pump maintenance, repairs and warranty work, are being handled by Robert Heath Heating. Daikin UK continues to deliver residential service in Scotland and Northern Ireland, while focusing its UK service teams on commercial and industrial operations.

Customers want the assurance that their heat pump will be supported long after installation.
