Designed to make replacements faster and setups easier, Grundfos has introduced its new GO range, including the UPS4 GO and ALPHA2 GO circulating pumps.
The company says the GO range is “a game-changer” for both integrated and stand-alone circulator pump installs and replacements.
One of the features of the ALPHA2 GO is its ability to facilitate quick and hassle-free replacements of post 2015 integrated pumps while the UPS4 GO remains the suitable solution to replace pre 2015 integrated pumps.
The company says this means that installers can carry fewer models in their vans, reducing inventory and simplifying the replacement process.
Identification of the required replacement can be facilitated by the Grundfos GO App. By scanning the old pump, the app provides the correct replacement model and settings, designed to allow for a quick transition, minimising the risk of errors.
The ALPHA2 GO pump features a guided setup feature. When used as a stand alone circulator, the Grundfos GO app provides a guided setup, including calculated setpoints, support for setting bypass valves and flow rates for domestic hot water cylinders.
