Daikin upgrades its Sustainable Home Network

Daikin has announced its Sustainable Home Network is to be upgraded, offering installers greater rewards and a tailored solution for businesses of all sizes.

The company says that the updated programme addresses the rapidly growing demand for qualified heat pump installers and enables newly recruited members to access the network’s many benefits much earlier in the process.

The Sustainable Home Network includes:
–
Major discount on your first order via a Sustainable Home Centre
– Free Daikin product installation, commissioning, service and repair training
– Business Reward Fund to spend on tools, vouchers, merchandise and travel
– £100 discount on MCS accreditation scheme
– 5-year end-user warranty with option to purchase extension to 7 years

Training is a fundamental aspect of the programme, and members have free access to Daikin Product Installation and Commissioning Training, plus complimentary Service and Fault Finding courses. Members also receive a £100 discount on MCS accreditation, helping to reduce the barriers to achieving professional certification.

In addition, the programme includes opportunities for installers to visit Daikin factories alongside their dedicated business development managers, providing insight into the manufacturing processes behind the products they install.

Technical support is another key focus, with members benefiting from priority access to Daikin’s technical helpdesk and expert commissioning support.

To become a recognised Daikin Sustainable Home Installer, new members must complete a Daikin Product Installation training course, available at the company’s training centres or local Sustainable Home Centres. Upon completion, installers can begin installing Daikin heat pumps with ongoing support from the manufacturer’s team.

Giulia Kapp, Head of Communications & Marketing at Daikin commented: “The upgraded Sustainable Home Network launches at a critical time for the heat pump industry, as Government initiatives and environmental concerns drive unprecedented demand for sustainable heating solutions. Our programme provides installers with the comprehensive support, training and rewards they need to capitalise on this growing market while building sustainable, profitable businesses. By offering expanded rewards and earlier access to benefits, we’re making the network even more accessible to a wide range of HVAC professionals, while ensuring customers receive the highest quality installations.”
