The Radiator Company has launched the new Relax Hybrid – its first ventilated radiator that can warm and cool a space.
The Relax Hybrid uses both radiant heat and fan coil assisted engineering and is compatible with both traditional boiler heating systems and heat pump installations. The company says the silent force of the ventilating component evenly spreads heat throughout the space to reach desired temperatures quickly whilst maintaining the ideal climate over time.
The Relax Hybrid can also serve as a cooling unit when paired with compatible heat pump systems by automatically isolating the heating components. The company says that it is important that the system is designed with the correct insulation levels to prevent condensation from occurring on pipework.
Designed to be understated and unobtrusive the Relax Hybrid features soft, curved edges and a smooth and slim design – with a thickness of 107mm. It is available in both horizontal and vertical models and five finishes: grey sparkle, carbon, grey skies, matt white and sand. It can also be equipped with an LED lighting system to enhance its profile.
