The new Kingspan Titan ESLP1200 Compact oil tank has been designed to fit into small spaces and is the latest addition to the brand’s EcoSafe bunded oil tank range.
It has a low-profile design and is made from polyethylene, which the company says will mean it is well-suited to exposed sites, persistent strong winds, temperature fluctuations, and/or high levels of UV radiation.
Plus, along with the rest of the EcoSafe tank range, the ESLP1200 is HVO-ready, signifying that it can safely store Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO), a next-generation, low-carbon fuel.
It has a small footprint – 1200 x 1800mm – and is designed to fit on 12 concrete slabs (600mm x 600mm), which could cut the time needed by an installer to lay a slab base.
The tank weighs 130kg and has a Watchman Sonic Advanced Tank Pack to give installers assistance in completing an installation.
The ESLP1200 Compact comes with a bottom outlet as standard while top outlet versions are available on request. Channels moulded into each side of the tank are designed to contain any top outlet pipework.
All EcoSafe tanks are double-skinned and include a Spillstop mechanical overflow prevention device to safeguard against leaks and spills when the tank is being filled. The tanks feature a 10-year manufacturer warranty.
