Schlüter-Systems has announced the launch the KERDI-BOARD-WS, a vanity unit set for free-standing mixer taps. The KERDI-BOARD-WS is a variant of the KERDI-BOARD-W and offers improved functionality, solving the problem of tap placement; taps can now be installed free-standing.
Alongside the original attributes and benefits of KERDI-BOARD W, the new individually–customisable WS variant boasts several new features. The compay says the unit can be installed floating in a wall niche or fitted with feet for floor standing, providing the end user with improved options for individuality, aiding the creation of bespoke projects.
The KERDI-BOARD WS is lightweight and fully prefabricated. It can be tiled directly and it is fully sealed and protected against moisture so it can be used as part of a waterproof system.
