Certification body for the Building Services Engineering sector, Logic Certification, is delighted to award its 200,000th certificate to Trevor Sweet, a plumbing and heating engineer who runs a small business based in Coventry.
Mr Sweet, who has been working in the industry since he was 15 years old, was issued the milestone certificate following completion of his CCN1 and Appliances re-assessment at Xtra Skills, the local Logic Certification Approved Centre which he has used for the past 20 years.
In recognition of this significant event, Logic Certification has made a £200 donation to Myton Hospice, a local charity chosen by Mr Sweet.
“I was very surprised to be Logic Certification’s 200,000th certificate holder,” said Mr Sweet. “The Myton Hospice is a charity close to my heart – my wife volunteers there and my mother in law spent some time there as a patient – so I was very grateful to Logic Certification for making the generous donation. I’ve always used Xtra Skills for my professional training and ACS qualifications because they provide top-notch training in a very relaxed atmosphere.”
