New from Clipacore is Condensemate – an all-in-one kit designed to make the upgrading of an overflow pipe to 32mm waste pipe (or larger) easier. The kit comprises a 1/2″ drill adaptor for the arbor, a long threaded adaptor for the use of dual cores, quick release clip, compression spring and a 300mm long 22mm diamond core bit.
The design ensures consistently symmetrical holes, eliminating the risk of core bits skidding off course and potentially damaging the wall. The 22mm core bit can also be used on its own (with the company’s smaller quick release core adaptor) to prevent blowing the brick face or render wall.
