UK heating manufacturer Trianco says it is reinforcing its commitment to installers with a comprehensive package of technical support services, including a free heating system design service.
Trianco has developed a dedicated in-house Design and Specification team to support installers – and according to the company installers can submit property plans, and ‘Trianco’s experts will design a complete, tailored heating system at no cost’.
Trianco says its design service removes the challenges often associated with specifying renewable heating systems by delivering a complete, tailored system design based on each project’s details.
Once property plans are submitted, the in-house team carries out heat loss calculations and uses these to determine the correct heat pump size, along with the appropriate radiator sizing and quantities. They also provide guidance on pipework sizing and layout, alongside a full product specification and quotation.
Trianco’s technical team also offers a comprehensive range of practical support services designed to make installations easier and more efficient, including hands-on training and step-by-step guidance.
Trianco’s Managing Director, Peter Beighton, explains the company’s commitment to installers, “We understand that today’s installers are under increasing pressure, not only to deliver projects efficiently, but to get complex low-temperature systems right first time. Our free design service is all about removing that burden. By providing a complete, tailored system design from plans, we give installers the confidence that every element, from heat pump sizing to radiators and pipework, has been specified correctly. We see this as a true partnership approach; supporting installers with the expertise, tools and technical back-up they need to succeed as the industry transitions to low-carbon heating.”
