Non-stop power with FEIN’s free battery promotion

FEIN power tools is celebrating the success of its industry-leading cordless products by offering an additional free battery worth up to £145.64 (excluding VAT) with all of its drill/drivers bought before 31 December 2014.

The promotion means that 14.4 and 18V ASCM, ASB, ABS and ASCD individual machines, normally supplied with two batteries, will now be supplied with a total of three batteries, allowing users to work for up to 50% longer without having to re-charge. What’s more, the battery can also be used with other FEIN tools of the same voltage, giving users the option of buying a standalone tool without battery or charger and making a possible 60% saving.

FEIN’s battery packs are developed specifically to ensure a long service life and high levels of safety. The FEIN SafetyCell technology and separate communication cable offer protection to the individual cells within the battery and protect from damage resulting from overload, overheating or total discharge. Able to cope with high currents, FEIN’s batteries are available in either 4Ah or 2Ah and 18 or 14.4V versions and all come with a three-year warranty – along with the machines and the charger (subject to online registration).

Because of the above average power output of FEIN’s battery packs and drill/drivers, its products are an ideal and very cost effective option for metalworking – in particular the FEIN 4-speed cordless ASCM drill/driver with brushless motor operates up to 3850 rpm and can efficiently drill holes in metal up to 13mm thick.

Andy Mills, National Sales Manager at FEIN, commented: “We’ve launched 30 cordless power tools in the last two years and have enjoyed widespread popularity in the market. Our cordless products are among the best in the sector and with this new promotion, the choice to invest in a FEIN drill/driver just got even easier.”
