Supplier to the Plumbing and Heating industry, Mark Vitow Ltd has announced the launch of its latest initiative, “Walk All Over Cancer with Mark Vitow” in aid of Cancer Research UK: a fundraising campaign which aims to raise vital funds for cancer research while promoting physical activity and community involvement.
Throughout the month of March, participants are encouraged to commit to walking 10,000 steps every day as part of the Cancer Research UK “Walk All Over Cancer” challenge.
The company says all funds raised by participants will contribute to a collective donation to Cancer Research UK. This collaborative effort ensures that every contribution, no matter how small, comes together to make a significant impact in advancing cancer research and supporting those affected by the disease.
1. Commit to walking 10,000 steps daily throughout March
2. Register yourself on the Mark Vitow Ltd fundraising Team Page.
3. Personalise and share your fundraising page with your story and motivation
4. Track your steps using a fitness tracker or smartphone app
For those who are unable to commit to the walk, donations are also welcome via the Team Fundraising Page.
