Ideal Heating has launched a Lifetime Warranty for its Logic Air heat pumps, which the company says sets a new benchmark for long-term customer support, and reinforces its commitment to raising standards and building confidence across the low-carbon heating market.
Available exclusively on Ideal’s Logic Air heat pumps installed alongside an Ideal cylinder and Halo Air controls, the new proposition combines annual servicing, ongoing warranty and manufacturer support.
With information given to them through their Ideal installer, homeowners can sign up within six months of installation through a monthly subscription of £22.50, or an annual payment of £270, giving them access to ongoing manufacturer-backed support throughout the life of their heating system.
Installers who want Ideal Heating to provide ongoing servicing and support can recommend Lifetime Warranty for their customers. Those who prefer to retain the servicing relationship themselves can continue to do so through Ideal Heating’s Extended Warranty options. The company says this ensures they remain in control of their customer relationships while benefiting from the reassurance of manufacturer-backed support.

The company says the new Lifetime Warranty reflects its ambition to continue raising standards for heat pump ownership while giving installers, developers and homeowners greater confidence in the transition to low-carbon heating.
