The panel discussion will focus attention on how Britons can best be made aware of the risks of carbon monoxide poisoning before they travel abroad. The session will feature evidence given by Mark and Chrissy Dingley, whose daughter Francesca tragically lost her life to carbon monoxide poisoning in 2015, whilst living and working in China.
