Fernox launches new website

Fernox has unveiled its new website. With dedicated sections for installers, merchants, OEMs and consumers, the site is said to be fast and easy to navigate via smart phones and tablets.

The website features the latest product news and acts as a hub of information for all things Fernox. These include product and industry news, training opportunities, legislative guidance, stockist listings, online product warranty registration as well as connectivity to the Fernox System Health Check Portal and Fernox Installer’s Club.

The new website provides easy access to the complete range of the company’s chemical water treatment and system filters, helping customers to select quickly and easily the most effective, appropriate product for the job.

Customers can also benefit from a number of online facilities. For those utilising the Fernox System Health Check service, the online System Health Check Portal is now available through an app and mobile to allow users to submit and track system water analysis samples data, receive reports and advice on required action whilst on the move. Also among the online services is a helpful product reminder facility, online warranty registration and stockist listings.

There is a wealth of information and industry expert advice for users. The new website includes best practice guidance in the form of videos, animations, how-to articles, and FAQs – making it an ideal hub for information on water treatment and associated energy efficiency matters, all of which are specifically tailored to the professional user or specifier and homeowner alike.

Francine Wickham, Global Marketing Director at Fernox, said: “As a company that prides itself on being at the forefront of innovation and one that is committed to the highest levels of customer service and support – we have invested in a new website that is easy to navigate, informative and practical. We are delighted with the end result and hope that users will find it an ideal resource to return to regularly.”
