APHC Certification searching for field assessors

APHC Certification Ltd. (APHCC) is accredited to operate a Competent Persons Scheme, Microgeneration Certification Scheme and a Green Deal Installer Scheme and it is currently looking to appoint a number of freelance field assessors.

The certification schemes which APHCC operates allow members to self-certificate work under the requirements of Building Regulations or undertake installation work as part of the Green Deal and Microgeneration Certification Schemes.

In order for members to maintain their membership of each scheme they are required to prove competence and demonstrate that they adhere to the scheme’s rules.  As part of this process, APHCC conducts onsite field assessments to inspect installations which require certification.

APHCC is looking to recruit Field Assessors in the East of England, West Midlands, Home Counties & London and North West regions.

“If you have significant experience in the installation of plumbing, heating and associated systems which fall under the requirements of Building Regulations, Green Deal and Microgeneration, then we would like to hear from you. Full training will be given, but you must have a strong understanding of all applicable legislation and full technical competence,” said John Thompson, CEO at APHCC.

If you wish to be considered for a position or would like a copy of the job specification and package details, you need to send your CV and covering letter, including copies of certificates and qualifications to Samantha Sedgley at [email protected].  If you would like to discuss the position you should contact Samantha on 0121 711 5030.
