Baxi pledges support for Band of Builders

Baxi has announced a new partnership with Band of Builders (BoB), supporting the national charity in providing practical, financial and wellbeing services to those in need in the UK construction industry.

The announcement builds on Baxi’s work with the Baton of Hope to drive awareness and action around suicide prevention. The company says it underlines its commitment to supporting mental health, wellness, and health and safety in every workplace.

Baxi’s Product, Solutions and Marketing Director Paul Haynes said: “At Baxi, we’re proud to stand alongside Band of Builders, an organisation that makes a real difference to tradespeople and their families when they need it most. Our industry is built on the dedication and skill of those working on the tools, and this partnership reflects our commitment to supporting them beyond the workplace. Together with Band of Builders, we want to ensure that no one in our trade community feels they have to face life’s toughest challenges alone.

“This partnership aligns with our wider mission to be a force for good. Installers, engineers and tradespeople often work under pressure, in isolation and in physically demanding environments. By joining forces with BoB, we pledge to spread the message, help provide the vital support needed by tradespeople and the wider construction sector and really make a difference to their lives.”

Gavin Crane, CEO of Band of Builders said: “We are delighted to welcome Baxi as a partner in our mission to support construction workers and their families. Their commitment to wellbeing and mental health mirrors our own values, and together we can extend a lifeline to even more people in their hour of need.

“Every project, every counselling session and every act of support we deliver is only possible thanks to partners like Baxi who stand shoulder to shoulder with us. This partnership is about more than sponsorship, it’s about showing our trade community that they are never alone and that help will always be there when it’s needed most.”
