Samsung Climate Solutions has announced a partnership with national home assistance provider, HomeServe, designed to grow its service coverage for its heat pump customers.
Samsung says the collaboration will allow the company to expand its existing service and repair network, providing homeowners and heat pump installers with the assurance needed when selecting and installing its solutions.
As part of the partnership, Samsung’s heat pump customers will be able to take advantage of HomeServe’s offering, to service and maintain their heat pumps. HomeServe’s service plans will be available for all products covered by applicable Samsung heat pump warranty terms and conditions.
