Indoor climate solutions provider, Zehnder Group UK, has announced the expansion of its Unity Range – launching two new smart, continuously running decentralised Mechanical Extract Ventilation (dMEV) fans onto the market: the Unity CV2.1HT and the Unity CV2.1APP.
The new extract fans have been introduced to meet the evolving needs of households for enhanced air quality and energy efficiency. The company says they provide sustainable, user-friendly ventilation solutions that are more in line with changing habits and lifestyles in residential properties.
The fans have been designed to be ‘whisper quiet’ and feature intelligent sensors so that they adapt to their environment. There is also feature a memory function as standard, meaning they can retain their settings even after extended periods of inactivity, including loss of power.
Stuart Smith, Commercial Director at Zehnder Group UK said: “Extractor fan technology has come a long way in recent years and no resident should feel the need to turn off their fan due to nuisance noise.
“The launch of the Unity CV2.1HT and Unity CV2.1APP is a major step in improving indoor air quality and tackling common issues like humidity and condensation, which can lead to long-term health risks for occupants, but education and knowledge is the key to success.
“At Zehnder, we are constantly innovating to ensure that our products meet the highest standard of efficiency, reliability and user convenience. The Unity CV2.1 range represents the growth in our extractor fan technology, incorporating smart solutions that help landlords, facilities management teams and homeowners better manage indoor air quality. We are dedicated to providing products that not only enhance air quality but also deliver lasting value to our customers – supporting healthier, more comfortable living spaces for everyone.”
