Bristan Group has been named as one of the Top 100 best companies to work for in the UK.
The Group came 70th on the prestigious ‘Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For’ list, compiled by independent workplace specialist, Best Companies, following a national survey of employees. The results are published annually in The Sunday Times.
This year, a total of 241,361 people from 925 companies completed the respected workplace survey, which ranks Britain’s biggest and best employers.
The Group attributes its success to its commitment to an ongoing ‘Great Place to Work’ strategy and its focus on employee engagement across the whole of the business.
Jeremy Ling, comments: “We began doing the Best Companies survey back in 2010, with the aim of benchmarking the success of our Great Place to Work strategy. I am incredibly proud that through continually asking our employees for feedback on our performance, and by putting in structured action plans to make improvements, we have risen up the rankings from a ‘One to Watch’ to a ‘Top 100 Best Company to Work For’ in 2017.

The list, which was published in the Sunday Times on Sunday 26th February, is another exciting achievement for the company which in recent years has celebrated awards including ‘Excellence in Leadership and Management’ from Investors in People, and two UK Customer Experience awards.
