Baxi adds Book a Repair feature to its Toolbelt App

In response to installer demand for more online booking resources, Baxi has launched a new Book a Repair feature on its handy Toolbelt App. Now, Baxi Works installers can request a Baxi Customer Service engineer at the touch of a button through the App.

With over 50% of Baxi Works members already actively registering boilers for warranty using the Toolbelt app, the new feature will make life easier for installers when working with Baxi.

To book a repair on the App, all installers have to do is simply scan the product’s barcode or enter the product serial number, before highlighting the problem being experienced. A preferred visit date can then be chosen, which will be confirmed by Baxi’s customer support team.

Baxi’s Toolbelt App also includes a complete list of error codes, key contacts, plus direct access to Baxi Works for quick and easy boiler registration.

David Cook, Sales Director at Baxi, said: “Providing great service and listening to what installers need and want is part and parcel of our customer proposition at Baxi. In fact, adding the Book a Repair feature to the Baxi Toolbelt App was a direct result of conversations we have had with installers. This feature will help time-pressed Baxi Works installers to reduce the steps required to book a repair and they can also use the App to keep things like boiler registrations all in one handy place.”

The Baxi Toolbelt App can be downloaded from the App Store for Apple iOS, or from Google Play for Android. All users will be required to download the latest version of the app to activate the new tools.
