Vaillant smartTALKS: expert marketing support on demand

To help Vaillant Advance installers to tap into business-boosting information at a time that suits them, Vaillant has unveiled a series of bite-size, on-demand smartTALKS which are hosted by a range of marketing experts and cover a wide range of useful marketing and business development topics.

Designed to fit around an installer’s work schedules, the smartTALKS series can be accessed online and are available for free via the Vaillant Academy.

Each of the smartTALKS videos offers support in a specific area of an installer’s business – such as developing a brand, social media and digital marketing, and customer acquisition and retention – to help make the most of all opportunities available.  There are nine smartTALKS available in this first phase.

Alice Woolley, Marketing Director at Vaillant, comments: “When it comes to running a business, it can be difficult to carve out the time to invest in yourself and your brand – which is why marketing advice can often prove to be just as valuable to installers as technical product knowledge.

“This new series follows on from the success of our Business Clinic series of events and online webinars. The videos have been designed to offer an easily accessible, on-demand business tool to enable installers to really enhance their business proposition, from building their brand from scratch, upskilling in a specific area or looking to train their own team.

“Vaillant is committed to proudly supporting installers and so we’ve invested in a new training platform that will help equip them with the tools and knowledge they need to boost their businesses.

“We’ve designed the smartTALKS series to be as accessible as possible, because we recognise setting time aside for training can be difficult. So, by hosting these online, installers can watch and listen at a time that suits them.”

The Vaillant Academy can be accessed both through the Vaillant Advance loyalty programme and directly through the main Vaillant website training pages, meaning installers can complete the training whenever is most convenient.
