Ideal Boilers has signed up boyband Blue to front its 2019 campaign to engage consumers and installers.
The band – which has sold 16 million albums with hits such as One Love, All Rise and Fly By – stars in a new series of tongue-in-cheek TV ads for Hull-based Ideal.
The Find Your Ideal Match campaign launches on ‘Blue Monday’ – 21st January 2019 – across social media, digital, PR, print and experiential. The creative will then run as 30-second TV adverts from February as part of the multi-million pound campaign.
Blue star as ‘match makers’ in the humorous ad spots, designed to raise awareness of the brand with consumers, in turn making it easier for installers across the UK to offer the brand to their customers.
Ideal Boilers has already grabbed headlines with its creation of Boiler Man as the mascot for West Bromwich Albion this season – a character who has been embraced by the trade community. Boiler Man will also feature heavily as part of the ‘match-making’ campaign.
