Mira Showers has bolstered its InstallerPRO programme with the launch of a brand-new dedicated app.
The InstallerPRO app, available for free on iOS and Android, has been designed exclusively for independent trade professionals and will provide further technical support, business development tools, professional training and more, from the palm of installers’ hands. It will also offer merchandise, an in-built barcode scanner that will make registering products even easier, and instant digital vouchers. Every product registered with InstallerPRO also earns an entry into Mira’s monthly Tools & Tech competition.
In a further boost to installers, InstallerPRO provides a comprehensive calendar of digital and face-to-face training sessions. These encompass hands-on workshops with the latest Mira technologies as they are developed as well as tutorials on wider industry best practice, covering topics from fitting to fault finding.
The launch comes as Mira welcomed the first group of installers to its Space 100 facility. Based at its headquarters in Cheltenham, the state-of-the-art space was officially opened to mark its centenary year and has been designed to foster creativity and innovation amongst its team and industry partners.
During the visit, the installers were invited to give their expert opinions and honest feedback on Mira’s latest and upcoming shower designs, before enjoying a behind the scenes factory tour that included the opportunity for them to build a shower for themselves on its live production line.
