Baxi Heating has once again been recognised by Investors in People (IIP) for excelling across a number of employment and staff development best practices.
The IIP accolade was awarded following a rigorous reassessment, which revealed that 86% of employees at Baxi Heating and its associated brands agreed their work was interesting, and 71% agreed managers motivate them to achieve their best. When assessing the company’s ability to empower people, 82% agreed they were trusted to make their own decisions.
Having previously received the IIP accreditation in July 2015, this latest achievement marks the second successful formal assessment for the business. Baxi Heating will remain IIP accredited until 2021.
