DAB Pumps has announced it has received WRAS approval for its EsyBox Pop.
As the latest addition to the EsyBox range of automatic water boosters, the tiny EsyBox Pop is a compact, all-in-one solution for homes where space is limited but water pressure expectations are high.
WRAS approval means installers can be confident it has passed rigorous tests and meets the high standards set by the Water Regulations Advisory Scheme.
Adam Ferneyhough, Country Director for the UK & Ireland at DAB Pumps, comments: “Achieving WRAS approval for EsyBox Pop is an important milestone for us and for installers. It gives complete confidence that the product not only delivers strong, reliable pressure boosting performance, but also meets the required regulatory standards for use on wholesome water supplies. For contractors, that reassurance is essential when specifying and fitting equipment in domestic environments.”
The company says EsyBox Pop is small, lightweight and supplied ready to work straight out of the box, and is suited to installation in tight corners, cupboards or utility spaces. It features a variable frequency drive designed to reduce energy consumption by automatically adjusting motor speed to match demand. Connectivity is built in as standard, allowing installers or homeowners to configure, monitor and troubleshoot the system via the DAB H2D app. The unit also includes a built-in non-return valve to prevent backflow and ensure water flows in the correct direction.
