Wavin launches Keyless Hep2O range

Wavin, has expanded its plastic push-fit offering with the launch of its fifth-generation fitting, Hep2O Keyless

The latest fittings are designed with two-stage twist and push functionality, eliminating the need for a demounting key. The company says the smaller, slimmer design has been specifically made to facilitate installations in tight spaces, and Hep2O Keyless comes in a pre-locked position allowing for a streamlined installation.

The new range is compatible with a broad selection of plastic and copper pipes and was developed with input from plumbers and installers.

The new fittings are backed by a 50-year guarantee and incorporate Wavin’s In4Sure technology, which secures joints with what the company calls a distinctive ‘rumble’ during installation. The company says additional features include an optimised flow rate and robust plastic to prevent fittings from dismounting due to water hammer.

Steve Harris, Technical Support Engineer at Wavin said: “We developed the Keyless range alongside the trade, and we’re excited to support installers as they adapt to evolving challenges. Our original range has been a trusted solution for over four decades and we’re eager to grow our offerings to meet the changing demands of the plumbing industry.”
