Developed especially for concrete and masonry, the tough, elasticised coating that characterises the Vandex Tanking Kit protects structural elements such as foundations, slabs and below-ground walls from moisture and water ingress, as well as providing sealing solutions for wetrooms, spas and under tiles. The kit consists of two components: Vandex Cemelast 100 Powder and Vandex Cemelast Liquid, the polymer, which are mixed together using a drill fitted with a mixing paddle. Each 22.5kg kit contains enough material for up to 11m² coverage in above-ground use against dampness and up to 4.5m² for below-ground waterproofing applications. The pack can therefore be scaled to suit the project in hand.
