Methven’s extends Minimalist range

Shower and tapware manufacturer Methven has extended its recently launched Minimalist range.

The Minimalist handset was launched last year, and the collection has now been expanded to include a concealed shower pack, cool touch bar and cool touch diverter showers, which the company says creates a fully integrated showering solutions with consistent design elements across all components and water‑saving technology throughout.

Minimalist features Methven’s patented VJet® technology. Two waterways converge in a chamber behind each nozzle to create a spinning vortex that changes speed as you adjust the slider, resulting in a smooth transition from a firm invigorating spray, to a gentle spray, and everything in between.

Optimised to operate at 7.5 litres per minute, the company says VJet® reduces water and energy consumption.

Emma Foster, Head of Marketing and Product at Methven, said: “As a market leader with a legacy of creating water saving technologies for showering Methven is perfectly positioned to contribute to water saving efforts as part of the hotel industry’s supply chain.

“We’ve put water efficiency at the forefront of our product development for a long time now, which has allowed us to take huge steps forward in this department, while finding a perfect balance where performance isn’t compromised.

“The launch of the Minimalist shower handset represented a step forward for our product portfolio, blending our reputation and expertise for innovative water saving technology with a clean and modern aesthetic.

“The development of the collection to include showers that are easy to install, safe to use and offer a truly unique experience while saving water makes complete sense for us and allows us to support our customers more effectively.”
