Lakes Showering Spaces has launched a walk-in collection offering significant bathroom personalisation across 28 configuration options, six colour finishes and a range of 8mm and 10mm glass panel and hardware options.
The company says the move comes as the appetite for modular products across construction and in the bathroom sector continues to grow.
The modular walk-in range comes in a range of six colour finishes – initially covering silver, matt black, gun metal, brushed nickel and brushed brass, with brushed bronze to follow in the near future.
The versatility of the collection – which Lakes believes offers one of the most customisable options in its field on the market – means it is suitable for recess/alcove, corner and flat wall installations and can be installed onto a shower tray or flush fit directly to a tiled wet room floor, providing accessibility for the specific needs of consumers.
Consumers are able to choose glass panels, bracing and stabilising preferences, glass connecting and deflector options and colour finish.
Lakes Managing Director, Mike Gahir, said: “This is a real game-changing launch for Lakes, we’re incredibly proud to be bringing our reputation for high quality, stylish and installer friendly products into the walk-in market.
“Demand for products that offer personalisation for the consumer while making the lives of bathroom retailers, designers, and specifiers easier is growing all the time and we’re confident that now is the right time for our modular walk-in range to launch.
“Whatever your showering space demand, style need, scale or budget, our intelligent designs and market leading engineering mean there’s a solution for everyone.”
Mike Gahir concluded: “2024 is about keeping pace with the market and bringing our Lakes stamp of quality to customers.
“Hot on the heels of our Wave range expanding last year with black and brushed brass – both of which have been popular with installers and consumers alike – we’re building on the momentum we’ve created.
“The industry is already starting to sit up and take note and this launch is another major step in the right direction for us.”
