Connectivity boost for Glow-worm’s MiGo platform  

Glow-worm has launched the MiGo Xpert mobile app, designed to give installers access to increased connectivity and remote monitoring, and the ability to offer extra levels of customer service.   

Using the MiGo Xpert mobile app, Glow-worm installers can now remotely monitor their customers’ heating systems, review performance data, fault code history and the chance to offer diagnostic insights to customers. For a system to be added to MiGo Xpert, a Glow-worm boiler must be installed with the MiGo Link internet gateway together with one of the compatible controls, MiSet, MiGo Select or Climastat Select 

The MiGo Xpert app can be used with a smart phone and there is no charge for installers to use it. Installers will need an active Glow-worm Club Energy account, which can be created using the link found on the MiGo Xpert website, or directly on the Glow-worm Club Energy website or app.
