Members of Vokèra Affinity will now benefit from a simpler login process and instead of remembering a username as well as a password, installers can now simply use their registered email address to login. They can also make multiple product registrations through the platform as well as see their installation history. In addition, Vokèra has made ordering Gas Safe Certificates a straightforward process through Affinity. Once a product has been registered and Gas Safe has been notified, the certificate can now be downloaded within the member area and can even be sent directly to the homeowner.
Installers are always on the move and require access to information as quickly as possible. The company has made it easier to access installation guides and manuals through mobile devices, making them accessible via the App. Vokèra Affinity also now offers a wider choice of rewards, which will be updated regularly and will be available as new e-vouchers soon.
