Viega has announced it has provided its pre-wall frames and flushplates to a number of Hartford Homes’ residential developments on the Isle of Man.
Viega has worked with bathroom and spa consultants Utopia Projects to deliver bathroom solutions for each of the properties.
Isle of Man based developer, Hartford Homes, is said to specialise in high quality properties across the island including contemporary apartments, terrace cottages, large detached homes and luxury developments.
As part of a long term partnership, Utopia Projects has worked closely with the developer on the bathroom specifications for all the properties.
Hartford Homes’ approach to the bathroom design has been to use concealed, wall hung WC products to maximise the available space. Since switching to Viega products five years ago, the developer has paired the slimline Viega Eco Plus WC unit with the Visign for Style 10 flush plate in a chrome finish on a number of developments.
Visign for Style 10 features two easy to operate actuator zones for the full and short flush options, while the Viega Eco Plus frame unit has an installed depth of just 200mm and has been designed to make installation and maintenance simple.
Hartford Homes’ Architectural Technician, Paul Brew, said: “The bathroom is such as a key part of both a homeowners first impression and lasting experience of the property so the correct specification is crucial.
