Radiator manufacturer Stelrad has introduced a new quicker turnaround service for the supply of some of its radiators in colour.
The company says that initially this new turnaround service will apply to its Column and Concord ranges, and to the Classic Towel Rail, Caliente and Concord towel rail products when ordered in one of the now 55 standard RAL colours and finishes. The lead time has been reduced from the current eight weeks to up to fourteen days.
“We’re seeing coloured radiators being ordered far more often and there has been a demand for these to be available more quickly,” said Head of Marketing Chris Harvey. “Homeowners, interior decorators and developers are all looking to upgrade the radiators they choose, and we have reacted to this demand by introducing this faster turnaround service for two of the ranges initially.”
Stelrad says that further improvements and additions will be announced in due course.
