Plumb Centre, part of the Wolseley Group, has launched its new Plumb Centre App, designed to help trade professionals find the parts they need faster and easier than before.
The company says the app, which is available to download on iOS and Android, has been created following customer research and user testing. The app allows custromer to:
– Find parts: Customers can use diagrams to identify and purchase parts, check stock availability and pay for what they need
– Find advice and branches: Customers can contact experts through the app as well as find directions to their local branches.
– Personalised experience: Customers can check the status of their orders, manage and pay their account on their phone and manage invoices and statements. Regular users can personalise the experience to store most ordered products and preferred branches.
