NIBE introduces new direct-to-consumer (D2C) channel for ASHPs

NIBE Energy Systems Limited has announced the launch of its new direct-to-consumer (D2C) channel. The company says the move is designed to meet the growing demand from homeowners seeking a fully managed, one-stop route to heat pump installation.

NIBE’s new D2C model will enable homeowners to purchase a complete NIBE system – including MCS-compliant design, installation and aftercare – directly from the company.

Rather than replacing existing channels, the new offering will only be for Air Source Heat Pump installations, so will complement NIBE’s established NIBE Pro installer network. For more complex projects, using all product types, outside the D2C scope, customers will continue to be referred directly to NIBE Pro partners.

“Our new D2C platform is a natural evolution of the market,” said Paul Smith, Managing Director of NIBE Energy Systems. “As more homeowners explore heat pumps, we’re seeing increased demand for simplicity and end-to-end delivery. By offering this route, alongside our valued installer network, we can reach more customers, deliver high-quality outcomes, and scale our impact in the energy transition.”
