Radiator manufacturer, Stelrad, has launched a new ‘in branch’ training initiative targeted at installers who use the branch and staff who work in it.
The new course follows on from the recently updated CPD presentations launched last month in the UK. The new presentation has been put together to support customers and staff at branch level. These resources cover a broad spectrum of industry insights, business context and product knowledge.
The company says the training sessions are designed to reinforce Stelrad’s USPs and free service messaging, to boost product understanding and resulting to build up-selling confidence, and to strengthen face-to-face engagement between branch staff and the Stelrad sales teams in their area.
Stelrad’s Marketing Communications Manager, Sarah Baker says: “This free training opportunity offers flexible training for merchant branch staff, installers and heating professionals at the local level. The training can strengthen the branch team’s understanding of heating and radiators and why they are fit for the future and highly relevant as renewable heating systems kick in across the UK. It can reinforce the Stelrad brand strengths and highlight why customers can trust Stelrad products to deliver the best performance and the best quality in customers homes and business premises. And importantly, in response to requests we have had from some merchants, it can support professional growth and upskilling across the branch.”
Each presentation is around an hour long and can be tailored to suit experience and level needs. The company says they are designed to be practical, engaging and to improve radiator knowledge to utilise in everyday activities within the branch.
