South Korean boiler and heating appliance manufacturer Navien is marking 10 years in the UK heating industry.
Carl Park, Managing Director of Navien UK, said: “When we first entered the UK heating sector, we had a vision to provide installers and homeowners with high-quality, efficient and environmentally conscious heating and hot water solutions. Today, we are proud to have done just that while expanding our product offering, introducing cutting-edge technologies and building lasting relationships with our partners and installers across the sector.”
The first of Navien’s products designed for the UK market was its NCB CE boiler. Its range has since been expanded to include the NCB ON Combi boiler range and its ON AI technology and Smart Plus controls.
The company also introduced its Navien Choice Plus reward programme, which allows installers to earn points and receive rewards for each Navien oil and gas boiler they register using the Navien Installer App.

We have always believed in going beyond simply supplying industry-leading products to providing installers with the tools, training and guidance they need in their day-to-day jobs. This approach has been critical to our expansion over the last 10 years and will remain vital to our work in the future.
